What is the GRAX Pilot Program?
The GRAX Customer Pilot Program lets you try out pilot features and functionalities. Any usability feedback you provide helps us make GRAX products even better. Please note that since these are pilot features, they have not yet been commercially released by GRAX, and it may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not function as well as commercially released features.
How do I join the program?
To get started, submit a support ticket for consideration.
Who can participate in the pilot program?
GRAX is always looking for organizations interested in test-driving our latest innovations. Programs are generally open to our entire customer base. To find out if you qualify for the latest pilot program, submit a support ticket to get started.
How can I provide my feedback?
During the pilot program, you will need to submit feedback with a support ticket.
Is it really free to test-drive new features?
The product features in the pilot program will be available to you at no additional cost as long as you remain active in the GRAX Customer Pilot Program for the duration of the pilot.
Is there any compensation if I choose to participate?
This program is voluntary, and there is no compensation for your participation.
Is the pilot program confidential?
Yes, the GRAX Customer Pilot Program contains confidential information. We ask that you do not disclose any information to press or share any unapproved blog posts, screenshots, tweets, or publicly post anywhere about the pilot program’s product features unless directed to. How may I be included in marketing materials?
GRAX may refer to the fact that you are a customer of GRAX on GRAX’s customer lists, advertising and marketing materials, in press releases, customer case studies, presentations, and on our website. How do I opt out of the GRAX Customer Pilot Program?

Past Pilot Program: History Stream
Which tools will be supported for the pilot program?
GRAX will support Tableau CRM or RedShift during the pilot program.
What is included in the dashboard?
For dashboards, GRAX will help you build a dashboard with up to three (3) widgets using your account on Tableau CRM or RedShift.
What about support for this program?
GRAX will offer Premium Onboarding at no additional cost to you. Our team of experts will support you in building one (1) initial dashboard or report in Tableau CRM or RedShift. You will be responsible for ongoing maintenance of the report or dashboard once the product is generally available. However, we will continue to provide you access to History Stream at no charge after the commercial release as long as you remain part of the GRAX Customer Pilot Program.
