Giveaway Terms & Conditions
No purchase necessary to enter or win. Giveaway is open to TDX 2026 attendees only. Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. GRAX reserves the right to verify eligibility of all entrants.
Prize winners will be announced at TDX 2026 on April 15–16, 2026 in San Francisco, CA. With the exception of the PS5, all prizes must be collected in person at Booth #9 before the close of TDX on April 16, 2026. GRAX will make reasonable attempts to contact winners via the information provided at time of entry. If a selected winner cannot be reached or fails to collect their prize before the close of the event, GRAX reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
The PS5 prize winner will be contacted after the conclusion of TDX 2026 using the contact information provided at time of entry to arrange shipment. Shipping is available within the contiguous United States only. GRAX is not responsible for prizes lost or damaged in transit.
All decisions made by GRAX regarding the giveaway are final. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or equivalent. By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
